October runs into November

Small progress, but still nothing finished. Bloody Covid lock down is doing my head in.

The last stage will be the wing mounted drop tanks

Not happy with the B-25 so a complete repaint.

More lockdown dabbling

I shall call this my "Curates Egg"

A vintage Italeri Mitchell. The "green house" was a pain to mask and as is usual for me ,I went about it the wrong way. I should have fitted and blended the nose into the body before fitting the wings. There is a nasty gap on the joint and any remedial work will result in practically a full strip down.

What can I say about this one? Revell 1955 vintage. An unusual subject that will test any painting skills I may have retained.

The barrel has been painted  gunmetal and masked.
I have some metallics on order and hopefully I can start picking out the detail.

I started to give the '57 Chevy another coat of looking at. To get the head lights to fit ,there was going to be a need for some filling and rubbing down. So Im looking into removing as much "chrome" as I can and going with a semi custom job.

........................and just to highlight my failings.

I found this whilst browsing through a few modelling sites on the WWW
